Post New Work Order After the auction ends you have 3 days time to select one of the bids. If one of the bids is lower than your starting price, and you do not select a bidder, the lowest bidder will automatically be awarded the contract. Select this option if you are most interested in getting your job completed at the lowest price.
 
Post Estimate Request If you post an estimate request, you will receive binding offers, but can then decide whether or not to accept any of the bids. Once the auction has ended you have 30 days time to select one of the bidders. If you do not select a bidder within 30 days, your auction will expire. To reiterate: using this method you are not required to select a bidder.
